Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team this winter season! As a seasonal shoveler, you will play a crucial role in helping to maintain the safety and accessibility of our client's properties during winter weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, pathways, and designated areas.
Apply ice melt and brine as needed to prevent slipping and sliding.
Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snowfall or icy conditions.
Qualifications:
Physically fit and able to perform strenuous manual labor in cold weather conditions.
Be able to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Benefits:
Competitive pay of $25 per hour.
All snow events pay a minimum of 4 hours for those arrive on time and stay for the duration of their assigned shift.
Opportunity for additional hours based on weather conditions.
