Dermatology Partners, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Medical Call Center Representative in our Macungie clinic.
Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of Call Center experience in a high volume Call Center environment.
Medical experience background is a plus.
The Medical Call Center Representative helps to create the culture of Dermatology Partners by always being polite, friendly, and helpful to patients and team members.
They always present in a professional appearance and manner.
There are no supervisory responsibilities unless assigned by the appropriate Manager.
The Call Center Representative reports to the Director of Patient Services.

We are looking for Full-time working Monday-Friday.
During the 2 week training period candidates will be starting at 8:
45 am daily.
When training is completed the shift start time will be anytime between 8-9:
30 with the latest end time at 6pm.
The candidate may need to train for two weeks in our West Lawn Call Center location.

Must be able to multi-task, problem solve and be well organized Provide excellent customer service to all patients Medical Call Center Representative, responsible for scheduling in 30 locations with multiple providers and growing Handling outbound and inbound calls from external and internal patients Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries Handling incoming requests from external customers by e-mail or fax and managing their inquiries or requests Transferring customer calls with complex inquiries to appropriate staff Completing call reports and logs, and researching billing issues Recognizing, documenting, and informing the Supervisor regarding the trends in internal and external calls Recommending process improvements and researching misapplied payments Assisting providers with Virtual Medical Assistant system Job Type:
