Sales and Marketing Department is seeking a versatile Email and Social Marketing Specialist to join our web marketing team at our HQ in Macungie, PA (near Allentown, PA).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF EMAIL & SOCIAL MARKETING SPECIALIST:
To manage global email marketing campaigns, performance, content, back-end development, and technology through MAILCHIMP platform Support content development and social media marketing execution - contributing to platform follower growth, community management, customer outreach, Digital PR, and optimizing KPI's.
We are looking for someone with an intense passion for the digital marketing space - someone who enjoys staying on top of the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape and enjoys learning new digital skills, platforms, etc.
Great position for someone who likes coming to an artistic office to work, since our full team is on site and this position does not provide remote, work-from-home, opportunities.
This person should appreciate the creative mind at work when using our materials, and enjoy working with a variety of professionals and personality types.
Bonus points if you're a maker, artistic, enjoy crafts/working with hands/building things! Understanding our portfolio of products and various customer persona's is critical to success in this role - WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH FULL PRODUCT & APPLICATIONS TRAINING -
Qualifications:
Proficiency with MAILCHIMP (or equivalent) EMAIL MARKETING PLATFORM is essential Proficiency with graphic design software (Adobe suite, CANVA, etc.
) Proficiency with all current and emerging Social Media Platforms (Facebook , Instagram, YouTube, TicTok, etc) and Social Media Content Management & Analytics Systems (CMS - agorapulse, hootsuite, sprout social, etc.
) Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Calendar, Teams, Word, PPT, Excel, Sharepoint/OneDrive) EMAIL MARKETING

Campaign Development, A/B Testing, Execution, and Analytics Reporting Written and graphic email content development Digital Asset Management/Organization CONTENT/SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Demonstrated experience/track record of GROWING email marketing campaign KPI's/metrics (event sign ups, conversions, sales, open-rate, click through, etc.
) Demonstrated experience/track records of GROWING social media channels (followers, engagement, conversions, etc.
) Strong Communication, Written, and Graphic Design Skills Collaborative spirit, happiest when working together with input from the team.
